I’m going to graduate in 1.5 months and I still haven’t gotten my shit sorted out. This is not funny. Anyway I’ve started regressing into nerd land again, blame it on Dawkins publishing 2 new tomes (Oxford book of Modern Science Writing and The Greatest Show on Earth) almost simultaneously, along with the discovery of Neal Stephenson’s Cryptonomicon and Kary Mullis’s Dancing Naked in the Mind Field (oh man it’s about science and it’s fucking hilarious). All that and I’m trying hard, hard, hard to learn Python. So, my life is not so interesting now. No threesomes to report! Hah.

I’ve been thinking of doing more art as well. I just reorganized my room and dug out all the gouache paints, water colours and all manner of 300 gsm paper and cavases and stuck them all on my new IKEA shelf. Hopefully gazing non stop at gorgeous fashion ad campaigns and Zegna models will inspire. Actually one of the biggest things I miss about being in Europe is the architecture. I love drawing architecture, and there isn’t enough of anything worth drawing here. I’ve also been thinking of getting back into modeling a bit more seriously, but to be honest I think most of the photographers here suck and lack talent. Anyway.

So that’s it, I’m going back to try and do something productive with the rest of the day and then head out to the gym and watch the rest of Ponyo afterwards
